SOUND HEALING (WELLNESS SERVICE)

A restorative, immersive experience for deep rest, grounding, and nervous system reset.

Sound healing is a private‑pay wellness service offered separately from psychotherapy. Sessions use Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other grounding instruments to support emotional release, relaxation, and mind‑body reconnection.

What Sound Healing Supports

Sound healing is ideal for women who want to:

  • Release stress and tension stored in the body

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Deepen their mind‑body connection

  • Support emotional processing

  • Experience rest when the mind won’t quiet

  • Complement therapy with a non‑verbal, somatic practice

It’s especially supportive for those who feel “stuck in their head,” overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
