In-Network Insurances
We are in network with the following insurance networks and programs:
Quartz
Dean
Medicaid (Straight Medicaid with no HMO or Medicaid with Dean or Quartz for HMO)
It is your responsibility to cover all therapy costs that are not covered under your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to inquire about and ensure your coverage.
Out of Network Insurance
Other forms of insurance may be accepted if your insurance provider offers out of network mental health benefits. Please check with your insurance provider before your initial appointment. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for out of pocket costs. Please check with your insurance provider before undertaking this. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, detailed invoices/receipts ("superbills") can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company upon request.
Out of Pocket
If you prefer to pay out of pocket we are able to offer some sliding scale options upon request. We can also provide you with a good faith estimate (GFE-see below for more info) upon request to get a better idea of the short and long term costs of therapy. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in a GFE. We accept cash and most credit cards. Payment is due at the time of services unless otherwise discussed.

Good Faith Estimate Info
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
● Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
